16 oz fresh mozzarella
1/4 cup roasted garlic oil or olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp snipped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp fresh cracked pepper
Cut cheese into 1" cubes. Place in medium bowl. Add oil, vinegar, basil and pepper; toss gently until cheese is well coated with oil and seasonings.
Serve immediately or store, covered in fridge for several days. Spear cheese with toothpicks. May serve with baguette slices.
