Ground Beef(cooked and drained)
2 bags of frozen vegetables(Kroger makes a vegetable soup frozen mixture)
1 large can of V-8
The recipe calls for an onion and garlic to be cooked with the meat. I just sprinkled in some onion flakes and garlic salt for flavoring.
Brown your ground beef and drain. Throw in all of the other ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook until vegetables are tender. I cooked it about 30 minutes, but watch it and add water if you need more liquid.
I just made this and had a bowl for lunch in less than an hour. It was yummy!!!
