Grilled vegetables

Yellow Squash
Zucchini
Bell Peppers, both red and green
Sweet Vadalia Onions, peeled and quartered

Amount of veggies is to your liking.

Slice or chunk squash, zucchini and bell pepper. Place on foil. Drizzle the following to taste:

salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon pepper, margarine, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese.

Seal in foil. Add another wrapping of foil to ensure no leaking and closure. Cook on grill for about 45 minutes or until veggies are tender.

***I love these especially during the summer when you can buy fresh veggies from the Farmer's Market or if right out of your garden.
