3 cans of Campbell's Minestrone Soup
2 cans of mexican stewed tomatoes
2 cans of corn(drained)
2 cans of ranch beans
1tsp of Chili Powder
1tsp of Black Pepper
1-2(1bs) of ground beef(I use ground round)
1 small onion(chopped)
Brown the ground beef with the onion. Pour all of the ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. I have also cooked this on top of the stove for about an hour!!
This is my new favorite soup and it makes about 8 big bowls.

I love the idea of putting it in a crock pot and letting it cook while I go about my day!
