Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

Center Cut Pork Chops

Season All

Self Rising Flour

Olive Oil

Dip each side of the pork chops in some self rising flour and sprinkle each side with season all.

Put some olive oil in your skillet and sear each pork chop on both sides until they are a light brown. Put in you crock pot on low and cook for 3-4 hours. This will not make any gravy but it really makes your pork chops tender.

This recipe came about by accident. My mom's Sunday School class was doing a meal for someone and a lady from her class brought some pork chops over early and said to just let them stay in the crock pot until they needed to serve them. We'll, everyone loved them because they were so tender.

This would be great for Sunday lunch. Since the time is just right for how long you are at church.
