Crockpot Asian Pork Chops

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Black Pepper to taste
about 2 1/2 lbs of pork chops
 

Combine above ingredients & whisk together.   

Pour over chops in crockpot. 

Cook on low for about 4 hours or until done & tender. 

***I put my chops in frozen and it took about 5 to 6 hours on high but my chops were thin.  Towards the end of cooking I threw in frozen broccoli florets.  Served over white rice. This was a really good dish for a different take on pork chops.
