Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast



4 chicken breasts
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 c mayo (I used Hellman's olive oil mayo)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients and spread over chicken breasts.

Bake at 375 for 45 mins.

***This was truly a melt in your mouth recipe.  I was sceptical at first b/c of the mayo but this dish wasn't mayo focused.  All the ingredients worked well together for a tender, juicy, melt in your mouth piece of chicken.  Even my boys liked it; therefor, it's a keeper.
