Sweet and Spicy Bacon Chicken

4 chicken breasts cut in thirds (12 pieces)
Bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Chili powder to taste
Brown Sugar

Cut each breast into 3 pieces, season all the chicken with the spices, then wrap a bacon slice around each piece, roll in brown sugar and place into an oven proof dish....make sure you have some olive oil in the dish too, like 2 or 3 tablespoons is fine. (I used non cooking spray instead).

Bake at 400  for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is nice and brown and crispy.

****I love this recipe.  You know anything bacon wrapped is delish.  The sweet, spicy and salty mix well in this dish. This recipe is also great for parties as a finger food.  Although, a little time consuming with wrapping each chicken piece with bacon...it's well worth it.  Also, my boys loved it which makes any recipe a success!

Revisions:  I used chicken tenders instead of breasts.
