Breakfast Casserole

1 can of crescent rolls
1 lb tube sausage
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cheddar cheese

Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Layer crescent on bottom of pan.

Cook sausage and drain. Spread sausage over crescent rolls

Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

Spread cheese over sausage and then pour egg and milk mixture.

Bake 30 minutes at 350.

***This a variation of many breakfast casserole recipes. My family likes this for supper sometimes and because it makes so much, there are leftovers for breakfast the next morning.
