2-4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt and Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup (use reduced fat cream of chicken for a low fat version of this recipe)
1 medium onion, sliced
3 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Season the chops with salt and pepper and brown them in olive oil.
Combine the soup, 3/4 of onion slices, ketchup, Worcester sauce and stir.
Place chops in a baking dish, pour the mixture over the top and place remaining onion slices.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10-15 minutes.
***This recipe was easy and really good. It gives a different twist on pork chops. All 3 of my boys liked so that means it's another keeper for us. The gravy this makes goes well with brown or white rice or mashed potatoes. I added a little Dale's marinade to the cream of chicken mixture. This recipe can be low fat when reduced fat cream of chicken is used.
