Hearty Meat and Potato Casserole

D. Ahlrich is a friend of mine that has 4 busy kids.  An article about her family was in the local newspaper and it included some of her freezer recipes.  Thought I would keep them here.


Hearty Meat and Potato Casserole

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 -4 cups cooked and diced potatoes ( can use canned - need 2 cans)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup


Ground and drain the ground beef. Add potatoes and soup, mix well. Salt and pepper according to your taste. Freeze.
When ready to eat, thaw completely. Heat at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
