1 roll of garlic cheese (cut in small pieces)
1 can low-fat mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
Melt butter, cheese and soup over low heat. Pour cheese sauce over cooked broccoli and serve.
***This recipe is for 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of broccoli. I love this sauce. I've used cream of chicken when I didn't have cream of mushroom and liked it better.
