4-6 frozen chicken breasts
1 pkg dry spaghetti mix
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
Salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, to taste
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Salt, pepper and Italian season to taste. Sprinkle with dry mix. Pour tomatoes and tomato sauce on top. Cook all day on low setting. Serve over any kind of pasta.
* If you like your sauce to be more saucey, add one more small can of tomato sauce. Before you serve, shred chicken.
Great for leftovers and freezes well.
This is another recipe that Kelli passed out in Bible study. I liked it because it is crockpot and only 5 ingredients. Also, the chicken doesn't have to be thawed first if you are cooking this all day. I am not sure of the source but Kelli may have gotten this one from Deanna.
