Ooops! What's for supper?
This may not be much of a recipe, but it is something I made up from items kept in the pantry all the time. It is what I make when I have nothing ready for supper. Thankfully, the kids like it. I have no official measurements because I just make it up as I go along and it is dependent on how much you make and what your taste is. This is it:
Chicken Pasta
1 can of chicken breast (I really like to have some cut up chicken in the freezer better)
8 ounces uncooked pasta (we like bow-tie or the rainbow pasta)
1 packet of Italian Dressing Mix
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil (probably 2 T)
Cook pasta. Drain and place in bowl. Add Chicken. Stir in Olive Oil, Italian Dressing Mix dry, Parmesan cheese.
I use 1/2 packet of dry Italian dressing mix because my kids don't like a lot of spice. We also like Parmesan cheese so I use about 4-5 T or more.

I am going to add this to my boy's recipe box. They could make this easy! I am starting to love Mom's Night Off from cooking.
